Ceramic capacitor laser coding

The braided capacitor rolled on the large disk enters the equipment and then cuts the ribs. It passes through the first-level buffer facility at the front of the equipment, and is driven by the motor to the lens of the laser printer.

The capacitor moves while the laser In-flight coding can mark 200-800 capacitors per minute. After laser coding, the secondary buffer system sends the braid capacitor to the subsequent testing machine. The laser coding speed is synchronized with the test speed to realize online continuous production.

There are multiple sensors in the buffer of the feeder. The production line can automatically stop if there is a material break or failure, and wait for processing.
